We have a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

We may request photos or a short video for verification.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Pickup and return shipping:
If approved, we will arrange pickup through our delivery partner. Please keep the item packed in its original packaging with tags intact.
Pickup is available only for approved requests. If the item is used/worn, missing tags, or not packed properly, it may be rejected during pickup or quality check.
Non returnable items:
Since we sell hygiene products (socks), we do not accept returns for socks that are worn, used, washed, trialed, or altered, even if the fit feels uncomfortable.
Terms and important notes:

No returns or replacements for incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fading due to UV exposure, or damage due to external factors (stones, water, fire, etc.).

If an exchange is requested and the required size is not available, we will refund the applicable amount to your original payment method. All return conditions above still apply.

We clearly mention the size chart and the nature of the product (compression and fit) on our website. Since we deliver what is described, returns are not accepted due to size issues, comfort preferences, or any reason other than damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

A nominal COD handling fee may be deducted for COD orders.

Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
